Anyway, upon closer inspection of the dish... I'm confronted with rather large chunks of tofu and lots of slice's of that fish cake stuff (not really a personal favourite) very few bits of chicken and when looking for the veggies, I find one large bit of eggplant, stuffed with fried tofu. The only real colour in the dish was from the fresh sprig of mint and a few spring onions…. Hmmm I do like a few greens thrown in even if it's a bit of Bok Choy just to break up the yellow of the curry… Now for the taste….
	Well the first thing that springs to mind is the "fish sauce", its just a bit too overpowering for me - and with all that fish cake as well…Apart from that, its not too bad at all & personally I think it could of done with a few more veggies especially for the price, in fact if they where to make just a chicken laksa and drop all things fishy from the recipe it would of rated a lot higher but alas there is no such beast When waiting for that truck to turn up and need a quick lunch.....
