Sometimes you just get a craving for Laksa, and
when that hits you just have to go out and get one....
Well it was while I was in Sydney for work when this craving came
a calling, and seeing as I was already in the city center I wasn't
going to have to go far.
So with a quick phone call to a friend of mine that had previously
told me of a place that I should try while in Sydney it was time
to fix that craving.

Now this place is actually just off of Sydney's Chinatown Mall
and up a couple of levels inside the Sussex Center, so its not
that hard to find, its one of about 4 places in a food court that
sells Laksa but seeing as this is the one my friend had suggested
it was to this one that I went.
So before long my no. is called and I'm getting a big bowl full
of all sorts of treasures swimming in a laksa broth...
So what's the laksa actually like then? A good selection of squid,
scallops, roast pork, beef, chicken and chunks of tofu with vermicelli
noodles. Personally I thought the gravy was a little bit thin
for my liking but it still had that distinct laksa flavour that
mad e me drain the gravy and the way to the bottom of the bowl..
With so many more in the area I'm left wondering maybe there is
a much better one around but if you want one that is up to standard
and is not going to disappoint then here is an option but if your
feeling adventurous...........
