Welcome... I once read that there is no point in going to a five star restaurant for a Laksa...
Simply because it is a "Hawker Style" meal - Best found and served at street side vendors.

The name Laksa - well actually "Lak", means 10000 ingredients. So in truth, there should not really be two Laksa's alike. However, in this age of conformity and consistency we tend to lean towards a regimental set of ingredients. (Which I do not think is such a bad thing). So, I hope that some of the information on delaksa.com
